What insurance do you take?

Dr. Crystal Gray is in-network with Aetna, First Choice Health Network, Premera, Regence, and related Blue Cross Blue Shield plans.

Patrick Gray, MEd, LMHC is in-network with Aetna, First Choice Health Network, Premera, Regence, related Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, as well as Community Health Plan, Coordinated Care, United Healthcare, and Wellpoint. He is out-of-network for Apple Health Molina.

What age clients do you see?

Dr. Crystal Gray sees clients aged 2-26, toddlers through young adults. She also works with adult clients referred through the state DSHS Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.

Patrick Gray, LMHC works with young adults and adults, ages 18+.

How long does an assessment take to complete?

Clients seeking assessment with Dr. Gray can expect to schedule 5 appointments: an intake, 2-3 assessment sessions and a feedback session. Assessment sessions vary in length depending upon the client's age and concerns.

Does Dr. Gray complete autism screenings for adults over age 26?

Not at this time. Dr. Gray's practice is focused on children and young adults.

How long is your waitlist?

Crystal Gray, PhD:  You can expect to wait between 9 months and 3 years for an assessment with Dr. Crystal Gray. She serves clients with differing levels of urgency and we strive to provide clear expectations and open communication regarding the wait for Dr. Gray's services. 

Patrick Gray, MEd, LMHC:  Patrick's practice is currently full and he maintains a waitlist. Since he works with a number of college students, his schedule most often has openings when school terms are changing.
